Hipwell Consulting was formed in 2004 by Barry Hipwell, a chartered structural engineer with
over 30 years’ practical and managerial experience in the construction industry, to provide structural
engineering services predominantly within the East of England region.
Hipwell Consulting has a wealth of in-house expertise and experience to draw on, in order to provide a
prompt, cost-effective and pragmatic service to clients, in the residential, commercial, industrial and
retail sectors, for both green and brown-field developments.
